There has been an influx of new babies this year and it is awesome! I have had the best time photographing the newest members of my clients families lately. Last week I got to go and meet sweet little Landon when he was only 6 days old. Big Brother Aiden is happy to have a ‘new baby’ at home, as well as Mommy and Daddy, and I had a great time visiting with them.

When I got there Landon was wide awake and very cooperative! Weighing in at 8lb. 4oz. he is one happy and healthy baby boy!

Aiden LOVES his new ‘baby’! He was more than happy to hold him when I asked!

And just as quickly little Landon got sleepy and spent the rest of our session sleeping!! How sweet is his little face!?

Oh Reed! I just LOVE you!

I had the BEST time hanging out with Reed! Not only is he the adorable little boy to another one of my favorite couples from 2007, but he was SO sweet to me! I could have stayed all day and hung out with this family! And I can’t wait for Angel and Matt to welcome another new baby to the family this year!

Then we headed outside to use his red car….and yes, there was still lots of snow on the ground, but we just drove around the driveway for some fun! Isn’t he cute in his little hat and coat?!

There are not words to express how wonderful it is to watch couples grow their families! It is so wonderful - and I am always SO flattered when my couples call me to share the news of their pregnancy or birth of their babies. It’s almost like my own family is growing (without the sleepless nights, of course! And of course it’s even better when I get to go and meet their sweet addition!

In 2007 I photographed the wedding of Monica and Arnold - one super awesome couple who had an amazing wedding day. And while Baltimore was getting pounded with the Blizzard of the Century Monica and Arnold welcomed sweet little Mya into their lives! (YES, Monica went into labor on the Saturday of the blizzard - an ambulance had to come and get her to the hospital because they couldn’t get out!). I seriously couldn’t have been more excited to go and meet this sweet little girl and visit with Monica and Arnold! But these photos are SO cute I’m going to stop talking so you can check them out! Introducing Little Miss Mya - she is truly an angel baby!!
