Michelle and Adam had a perfect weather wedding a few weeks ago. And what a lovely venue for it - the Evergreen Mansion in Baltimore! This place is truly spectacular to photograph when you get a day like Michelle and Adam got. There are so many cool spots to use for photos that you could spend hours taking pictures….we didn’t take hours, but we did take advantage of the venue and got some really nice shots during the day.
I started the day with the girls as they prepared for the wedding and then went over to the Evergreen Mansion to take some casual portraits before the ceremony. The ceremony took place in the garden, which was just gorgeous and very sunny. Following the ceremony their guests enjoyed cocktail hour out on the patio and were then ushered into the Carriage House for a fun reception. It was a perfect day!
A special shout out to some of the great vendors that made the wedding awesome.
Flowers by Teresa Kastner of Floral Impressions
DJ Justin Dickerson from Music Masters
Catering by Watson’s
and a wonderful assortment of cupcakes for the Baltimore Cupcake Company.
Here are a few of my favorites, but there are many more in the slideshow - CLICK HERE to see it!
A few shots from the ceremony…how cute is this ring bearer? He did a great job with the super long walk through the garden.
You know I love a little ‘flare’!
Some casual portraits around the Evergreen Mansion…
This one is one of my favorites!
One of my favorite first dance shots…
And these are at the end of the night….
It was a good party!
And you know I can’t resist the details…
Michelle and Adam - best wishes for a very happy marriage. Good luck with school!

I always love seeing people that I’ve met at a super fun wedding again - and this was the case when Sarah called me up! Sarah and Lawrence were guests at the super awesome Angel and Matt’s wedding over a year ago and I was thrilled to hear that they had welcomed sweet little baby Eloise into their family. I went to visit them when Eloise was about 2 weeks old and she was SO cute!
Sarah and Lawrence are really calm first time parents - no freaking out when the baby cries or anything. We talked about how sometimes you get a little ‘cockey’ thinking you know just what to do all the time when you have a new baby at home and then something throws you for a loop, but I have to say - I really do think they’ve got it down pretty good! They are wonderful parents and Eloise is just going to love her mom and dad to pieces (I do!) - and her ultra cool room! And of course being the mom of 2 girls myself the name Eloise conjures up all types of mischief, but I’m sure that Sarah and Lawrence are up for whatever comes their way!
Here are a few of my favorites, but CLICK HERE to see a little slideshow!
See what I mean - just a great sense of humor! She started crying, so Lawrence thought he’d cry a little too!
Sarah & Lawrence - thank you so much for having me out to meet Eloise! I had a great time visiting and hope that these photos end up in her ‘rehearsal dinner slideshow’ 25 years from now! =) hugs!

What fun I had with Megan and Jack! We met up at Federal Hill Park on a warm and sunny Sunday morning and did the usual - wandered around to find some cool spots to shoot! These two are so much fun and I just know that they are going to have an awesome wedding!
Here are a few of my favorites, but CLICK HERE to see their slideshow!
Sometimes I go to a spot that I’ve shot before and just can’t resist certain places - like this one - I love this area at the AVAM…
And sometimes you can go to the same spots time after time and still find new and fun things to shoot! I love that! This is one of those spots! And I love these images - they might be my favorites from the day!
Megan & Jack - I wish you an amazing wedding day! You two are a great couple and I know you will have many years of happiness ahead of you - just don’t play on the same kickball team! =) hugs!
