I know that Mandee has been patiently waiting for this post, so I really hope it makes her Monday - hopefully even her entire week!

Mandee and Sean and a super fun couple with whom I was thrilled to spend their wedding day with! We woke up to gorgeous weather  that morning, for which I was so very thankful since their wedding took place outdoors at  Herrington on the Bay! I started the day with the girls at the Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa, where I was also joined by another one of my favorites - Nicole Palermo! Once the girls were all glammed up, we headed over to Herrington on the Bay so that Mandee and Sean could have their ‘reveal’ before the ceremony. It is a gorgeous location, so there were plenty of beautiful photo opp’s for these two and it worked out perfectly for us. They had a really nice ceremony, perfectly suited to them, performed by Rev. Richele Eraso and after that it was one big party! I also have to give a shout out to Heidi Kern of Entertain Me for helping to make the day go so smoothly - on time without any glitches - which is why a ‘day of’ coordinator is so nice to have!!

The next two we did specifically for Allison Barnhill Designs, who did all of Mandee & Sean’s paper goods! They always do amazing work and Allison had this cool idea for an image for her future advertising - so be on the look out - maybe Mandee will be famous! =)

Mandee & Sean - I had such a great time with you guys! You are a great couple and I am wishing you many years of happiness together! Call me when you are ready to TTD!! =) hugs!

After a two-part TTD session Stephanie and Marty ended up with some REALLY cool photos that I can’t wait to share with you!

On the scheduled date of our first attempt, they were calling for rain the entire morning, so we cancelled, but then the decided to do it later in the day since it NEVER actually rained….and about an hour and a half into our time on the farm a MASSIVE storm rolled in! I felt like I was in The Wizard of Oz - it was a CRAZY storm - golf ball sized hail and wind like I’ve NEVER experienced outside! We ended up having to call it a night since the storm was just raging on, but made plans for the following weekend….

So the next weekend we met up and within a half an hour of shooting an eerie mist rolled into the valley and the thunder started rumbling again!! Seriously! So we shot for a bit and no sooner did we get back into our cars then the storm rolled in AGAIN!

Anyhow - crazy weather like that (sunny, rainy, foggy!) made for a very cool set of photos with a great variety of looks! (And as a sidenote - Stephanie’s dress came clean!) Here are a few of my favorites, but CLICK HERE to see their slideshow!

Another fun engagement session for you!

Laura and Chris are HUGE Orioles fans, so they really wanted to do their engagement session at Camden Yards, in Baltimore. We had a blast! We started at the stadium and all around the area, then headed down to the Inner Harbor for a little bit. It was a pretty hot morning, so after a while it seemed like a pretty good idea to jump in the fountain down at the Harbor….thankfully Chris and Laura were open to all my crazy ideas and there was nobody around to get us in trouble!
