Angela & Mike - my last official wedding of the season and my first wedding of the new year! And thankfully they had a gorgeous day for their wedding - VERY cold and VERY windy - but beautiful none the less! I met up with Angela and the girls at the Intercontinental Harbor Court Hotel where they were busy getting ready for the big day.  From there we headed out to Laurel to St. Mary of the Mills - Mike’s family church since his youth - for a beautiful ceremony performed by Father Mike Wilson. It is a beautiful old church and was even more lovely with it’s Christmas decorations! After the ceremony this fun crowd headed back to Baltimore for a rockin’ reception at the Intercontinental Harbor Court Hotel. The couple shared a very special first dance sung by super talented friends Keiran & Megan and DJ Anthony Simpson from MyDeeJay kept the dance floor packed all night long.  The whole event was so much fun - Angela and Mike are truly blessed with a great group of friends and family!

This is a wonderful family from my church that I was so thrilled to be able to photograph. The girls decided to get the session as a gift for their mom for her birthday - how cool is that?  We met up on a super sunny day and had a great time! I love working with fun families - and they aren’t too bad looking either! Here are a few of my favorites!

It’s true. Sad, but true.

I got super swamped this fall and although I had the best intentions of blogging all the wonderful families that I spent time with, I just didn’t get it done! And I really HATE that.

BUT, it gives me some fun stuff to post for you during the slower winter months (and incentive to post a little more frequently!). So, I will be posting images from the fall, but still worth sharing with you. I hope that they will warm your heart during the cold winter months ahead!

First up, the Necessary/Abbot Family. I was thrilled when Mrs. Necessary called to book a big family session, as I’ve been shooting her granddaughters for a few years now, so I knew it would be a good session. And I discovered during the session that her son and daughter in law used Evan for their wedding photography a few years back! (talk about a small world, huh?!)!  I met up with them on a sunny fall afternoon and we had a fun session for the whole family! Here are just a few of my favorites!
