Here is another FABULOUS Greek wedding!!

Georgia & Justin are the nicest couple - so sweet and SO totally in love with one another. We hit it off on our first meeting and have had fun together ever since, so I KNEW their wedding day would be AWESOME!

I started the day out with Georgia and the girls at her parents house in Falls Church.  Thierry & Jazmen Axaopoulos from Virtu Studios were there getting Georgia and her mom gorgeous for the big day with beautiful hair and makeup! Then it was was off to St. Katherine’s Greek Orthodox Church in Falls Church for the ceremony. What a lovely church! After a perfect ceremony it was off to PARTY at the Westwood Country Club in Vienna….and party they did!! Telly Propopos and his band kept the Greek dancing going ALL NIGHT LONG! And a bonus was that I got to share in all the fun of the day with one of my favorite videographers, Matt Buerhaus of Buerhaus Designs, which is always a pleasure!

Georgia & Justin - you are an AMAZING couple and I wish you MUCH love and happiness!! I can’t wait to see what the two of you are up to in the coming years! I hope the honeymoon was awesome and that we’ll keep in touch! hugs to you both!

I also got to take some birthday photos for Will - ON his actual birthday, which was pretty cool! He is one ADORABLE little guy! I was so happy to go and meet Will and his mom and dad - it’s always nice to meet new families!! They live in the neighborhood where Julia grew up, around the corner from Julia’s mom and dad (and the exact house where she grew up!) - and it is such an awesome neighborhood! And their yard has an amazing old tree in it that is PERFECT for climbing!! I imagine that in a few years they’ll be hard pressed to get Will OUT of that tree! Anyhow - here are a few of my favorites of the birthday boy!

It is always REALLY flattering when somebody in the ‘industry’ contacts your for photography!!

When Laura called me about doing a session for her daughter Emma’s 1st birthday I was so honored that she asked me! I had worked with Laura back at the start of my career when she was working as a wedding planner - and she has since gotten out of that business so I haven’t had the opportunity to work with her since - so it was a great opportunity to see her again, catch up and meet the rest of her family! We did an early morning session at the park and got some great shots of her sweet little Emma! Check out a few of my favorites of this little cutie!!
