Liz & Dave Are Married!

July 28th, 2010 by Jen Lowe

What a day Liz and Dave had!! A beautiful summer day on Gibson Island - really, what could be better?!

I started the day with Liz and the girls at a private residence on Gibson Island where they were joined by the always awesome Amie Decker Make-Up and Hair. There was lots of hustle and bustle at the house while everybody did their part to get all the finishing touches ready for the wedding.  From there it was off to St. Margaret’s Church for a lovely ceremony, with some exceptionally beautiful music performed by good friends Chris and Jennifer Hopper. And no wedding is complete without a super fun reception! It was back to Gibson Island Country Club for cocktails out by the water, touching toasts, great dancing, a big hopping party with music by the Jack Faulkner Band and a sparkler send off! It was a great night for all!

A special shout out to the other awesome vendors:

Gorgeous hair and makeup by Amie Decker Make-Up & Hair

Super smooth wedding day coordination compliments of Erin Zierfuss of Waterview Events

Pretty flowers from Murdochs

Always yummy cake from Fiona’s Cakes

A special, delicious ice cream treat from Highland Creamery

Great music by the Jack Faulkner Orchestra

Here are a few of my favorites, but you can CLICK HERE to see their slideshow!

We had to do a bit of coaxing to get the flower girl to participate in photos - this shot cracks me up!

The guys were all for the jump shots!

Some great details, of course…

Liz and Dave - thanks so much for sharing your wedding day with me! I hope you had an amazing honeymoon and look forward to seeing what the future holds for the both of you! Congratulations!
